Once upon a time, there lived a kind sailor named Sinbad. He loved the sea and the soft sound of the waves. One sunny morning, Sinbad set sail on a gentle ship. The wind was warm, and the sky was blue. After many peaceful days, Sinbad's ship came to a beautiful island. The island was covered in soft green grass and swaying palm trees. Sinbad stepped onto the shore and smiled. Everything was calm and quiet. But then… the island began to move! It wasn't an island at all. It was the back of a very large, very sleepy whale. The whale yawned softly and began to swim away. Sinbad held onto a piece of driftwood and floated gently on the water. The waves rocked him like a cradle. Soon, another friendly ship sailed by. "Come aboard!" called the sailors, and they helped Sinbad climb up. The ship sailed to a new land, full of tall trees and singing birds. Sinbad walked through a valley where the ground sparkled. There were smooth, shiny stones everywhere… diamonds! Sinbad filled his pockets with just a few. As he walked, he met a enormous bird with soft feathers. It was a roc, and it was very gentle. The roc was carrying a bundle of twigs to build a cozy nest. Sinbad held onto the bird's soft feathers, and the roc lifted him into the sky. They floated above the clouds, where everything was quiet and peaceful. The roc set Sinbad down in a meadow near the sea. Sinbad thanked the kind bird and waved goodbye. He found another ship waiting at the shore. This ship was heading home. Sinbad climbed aboard and the sailors welcomed him warmly. The journey home was long and calm. The stars twinkled above like tiny lanterns. The moon made a silver path across the water. Sinbad stood at the front of the ship and watched the gentle waves. At last, Sinbad's ship arrived at his own harbor. His friends and family were waiting with soft smiles. They hugged him and said, "Welcome home, dear Sinbad." Sinbad gave the diamonds to his family so they would always be safe and happy. He told them stories of the sleepy whale and the kind roc. Everyone listened and smiled. That night, Sinbad went to his own cozy room. He climbed into his soft, warm bed. Through the window, he could hear the faraway sound of the sea. The waves whispered a lullaby, gentle and low. Sinbad closed his eyes. He thought of all the wonders he had seen. The friendly whale… the shining valley… the soft-feathered bird… But best of all was being home, safe and loved. He pulled his blanket close. Outside, the stars kept watch. The moon smiled down. And Sinbad drifted off to sleep, dreaming of calm seas and gentle adventures. The end.
