You must be an adult (the age of majority where you live) to create an account, subscribe, or make purchases. You are responsible for supervising any child who uses the app under your account.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Sleepfox offers subscription plans and consumable 'star' packs used to create personalized stories. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases are processed and billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account settings. Stars are consumable and are used when you generate stories.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies. Consumed stars are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Use Sleepfox for its intended purpose — creating and enjoying family-friendly bedtime stories. Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or access the service in unauthorized ways, and do not enter content that is unlawful or harmful.
Stories are generated by automated systems and may occasionally be imperfect. They are for entertainment and are not professional, educational, medical, or other advice. Please review content for your family’s needs.
Sleepfox and its underlying software, design, and brand are owned by us. Stories generated for your family are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the app.
We work to keep Sleepfox running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or discontinue features over time.
The app is provided 'as is' without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
