Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the SleepOmo app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use SleepOmo.

Who may use SleepOmo

You must be an adult (the age of majority where you live) to create an account, subscribe, or make purchases. You are responsible for supervising any child who uses the app under your account.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and stars

SleepOmo offers subscription plans and consumable 'star' packs used to create personalized stories. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases are processed and billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms.

Billing and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account settings. Stars are consumable and are used when you generate stories.

Scheduled nightly stories

If you schedule a nightly story in your own voice (a Premium feature), stars are spent automatically each time a story is actually produced for you — you are not charged for scheduling it, and a story that fails to generate costs nothing. The app shows the nightly star cost before you turn the schedule on, and you can change or switch it off at any time.

To avoid spending your stars on stories nobody hears, we pause production automatically if two delivered stories in a row are never played, or if the app has not been opened for about a week. Playing a story resumes it.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies. Consumed stars are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Use SleepOmo for its intended purpose — creating and enjoying family-friendly bedtime stories. Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or access the service in unauthorized ways, and do not enter content that is unlawful or harmful.

AI-generated content

Stories are generated by automated systems and may occasionally be imperfect. They are for entertainment and are not professional, educational, medical, or other advice. Please review content for your family’s needs.

Content ownership

SleepOmo and its underlying software, design, and brand are owned by us. Stories generated for your family are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the app.

Service availability

We work to keep SleepOmo running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or discontinue features over time.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided 'as is' without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
